Pieces are crafted after you order. Delivery arrives in approximately 8–9 weeks, including production, inspection and freight.

Priority handling shortens this to approximately 8 weeks.

Orders are custom-crated and shipped by insured freight. A regional courier contacts you to book a delivery window before arrival.

Delivery is free on orders over $1,000; otherwise a flat $95 applies.

We prepare all export paperwork. Any import duties or local taxes in your country are shown at checkout as estimated tax where applicable.

Inspect your piece on delivery and photograph any damage within 48 hours. With Shipping protection, we repair or replace at no cost.

Because each piece is made to order, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition, with a restocking fee to cover freight. Contact our concierge to start a return.
